If you or someone you know is in need of confidential crisis counseling, substance use support, referrals, or other information, NYC operates a 24/7 crisis counseling hotline that can be accessed through calling or texting 988. Spanish is available if you press 2, and they offer more than 200 other languages. You can chat online with a counselor at 988lifeline.org. Health insurance is not required.
