Get Involved

We are always looking for dedicated volunteers and collaborators who are passionate about human rights and asylum work.  We collaborate with a wide range of professionals, including physicians, psychologists, social workers, advanced practice providers, medical students, lawyers, law students, and not-for-profits, among others. If you would like to get involved or collaborate with our clinic, please contact us at wcchr@med.cornell.edu.

For student volunteers during evaluations, participation is open to all current Weill Cornell Medicine MD and PA students.

WCCHR Fall Training 2025

September 6, 2025 - 8:00am

WCCHR's Fall Training is set to take place on Saturday, September 6th from 8 am - 3 pm at 1300 York.

Please register for the training here: https://forms.gle/WCVW2C5mWiKW7z4A6

Note: We will be offering in-person training to those located on WCM's campus and in NYC. We prefer that volunteers attend in-person if possible as this promotes easier discussion, and lunch will be provided. For those located outside NYC, we will offer a Zoom option for the same training. If you are unable to make either, please email wcchr@med.cornell.edu and we will send a separate asynchronous training.

WCM students are also invited to attend this training. If you are a WCM student and unable to attend the in-person training, please email wcchr@med.cornell.edu
